Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original Whitestone Gallery packaging.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.
Dispatch and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our gallery team inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
